Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the business relationship between Ayurvedaessence LLP and our clients. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

• We reserve the right to reject any order without assigning a reason.

• Confirmation of an order will be provided in writing via email or official communication.

• Prices are as mentioned in the quotation or invoice and are subject to applicable taxes.

• Payment terms: [e.g., 50% advance, 50% on delivery].

• Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of order processing.

• Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on production schedules.

• The Company is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transport issues, or government regulations.

• Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery.

• All products undergo strict quality checks at our in-house testing division.

• Any quality-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns or replacements are subject to inspection and verification by the Company.

• All designs, specifications, and proprietary information provided by the Company remain the property of the Company.

• Clients are not authorized to reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business information shared during the course of business.

• The Company shall not be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Maharastra/ Juditiary Pune.

• Any disputes will be resolved through amicable discussions. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated to clients and will apply to future transactions.
